Managers Are the Frontline Supporting Our Code of Conduct
If you are a manager within our company, it’s your responsibility to understand and promote the Code. Do so by:
  • Setting a positive example through your own ethical behavior
  • Making sure your employees know they can come to you with questions and concerns, and that you’ll listen and respond appropriately
  • Never retaliating against an employee who raises a concern in good faith or cooperates with an investigation
  • Taking steps to ensure your team does not retaliate against a coworker who raises a concern in good faith
