Meet Anusha
Anusha is a company employee. Last year, her husband Sunil started his own business. It’s been very successful and he’s recently partnered with our company as an occasional supplier.
Up until now…
Even though Sunil’s business supplies a few items to our company, Anusha has never discussed Sunil’s ownership in the company at work.
A potential windfall
In a management meeting earlier this week, Anusha heard that her department is planning to expand one of their product areas. She reviewed the list of potential suppliers for the product expansion, and was thrilled to see that Sunil’s company is being considered.
Crossing the line?
In her excitement, she starts to draft an email to Sunil to let him know about the possible new business and point out a few things she knows are critical to the project lead.
