TPIs who interact with HCPs on behalf of a Johnson & Johnson Company must understand and comply with the Johnson & Johnson Company's policies concerning HCPs and:

• Fee-for-service contracting
• Meals, travel, lodging, and other hospitality
• Provision of gifts and other items of value
