00:00:00.848 --> 00:00:03.944
The financial market can be a hostile place.

00:00:04.768 --> 00:00:07.584
With threats to market integrity far and wide,

00:00:07.808 --> 00:00:11.343
investors are increasingly vulnerable to their effects.

00:00:11.344 --> 00:00:14.048
But where do these threats come from?

00:00:14.720 --> 00:00:16.704
Across financial institutions,

00:00:16.824 --> 00:00:20.476
Insider Trading and Market Manipulation by employees,

00:00:20.477 --> 00:00:24.764
are emerging as serious threats to the integrity of the market.

00:00:25.764 --> 00:00:30.199
If these actions go unnoticed, they can lead to significant losses,

00:00:30.200 --> 00:00:34.448
low confidence and volatile price fluctuations for investors.

00:00:35.368 --> 00:00:40.180
At SNB we have a duty to protect our investors, and we need your help!

00:00:40.892 --> 00:00:44.764
Over the course of this training, we will equip you with the tools you need

00:00:44.765 --> 00:00:48.873
to recognize and prevent Insider Trading and Market Manipulation,

00:00:49.256 --> 00:00:53.888
helping us to achieve our goal of a safe and ethical market for all.
